Arrival time?
When booking in maintenance we provide a time range for when our team will be arriving. This is due to any delays that may occur with traffic or prior jobs.

When booking in your landscape project we provide a time range of when the project will commence, as many factors such as weather, such as weather, may have an effect.
Do you do aftercare?
You can schedule your yard for on-going professional care for maintenance or landscaping

What services do we provide?
For landscaping we provide:
- New house build full landscape install
- Concrete sleeper retaining wall
- Timber sleeper retaining wall
- Natural turfing
- Artificial turfing

- Material install (stones, mulch, etc)

- Excavation ad machinery works.

Do we do "large" jobs?
Absolutely! MJ Landscapes & Maintenance enjoy new challenges! We are always looking for new projects to accomplish, and are fully equipped to do so.
Do we work in the rain?
We work in very light rain, when heavy rain occurs we will unfortunately have to push jobs back
How do Quotes/Estimates Work?
Quote submission for maintenance:

- We will provide you with our hourly rate
- If you need assistance in estimating how many hours you require feel free to provide our team photos to our email or number.
- If you believe ether job is quite large are will require a day or more to complete, we can organise an onsite quote visit with our estimator.
- Once a quote has been provided your are required to approve the quote on your end.- First-time clients are required to pay a 50% deposit
- Once processed the team will send you a confirmation
- The team looks forward to hearing from you

Quote submission for landscaping:

- Once filled out one of our friendly team members will get into contact with you shortly
- If measurements are provided the team will be able to provide yo with an estimated quote
- Once all is processed ad you're happy with you estimate, we will organise with our estimator to come provide you with an onsite quote submission
- Depending on the quote size it can take up to five working days to receive your quote back
- Once sent and approved the team will send you a confirmation and your project will be booked in to be finalised

Do we charge quoting fees?
We do provide FREE onsite quotes. If the location is out of our servicing range a $99 on-site quotation fee will be charged, this will b taken off the back end of your quote
